Refunds are applicable only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by Chukki Fashions.
Please note the following conditions:
- No refund will be provided for delays in dispatch or delivery caused due to vendor availability, courier partners, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, as mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
- Refunds will be processed only in case of approved returns due to manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or errors from our side.
- Refund requests due to change of mind, color preference, design preference, or incorrect size selection will not be accepted.
Once approved:
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping, handling, and exchange charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Chukki Fashions reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after product inspection.
