Replacement / Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct replacement for any product as a standard policy.
Customer-Requested Exchange (Color / Design Change)
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different color or design, it will be treated as a new order, subject to availability.
- A ₹300 exchange handling charge will apply
- Any price difference between the original and new product must be borne by the customer
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
Once approved and payment is completed, the exchanged product will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
Mistake from Our Side
In case of an error from our side (such as wrong product, wrong size, or defective item), we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
