We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
Returns will be accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- A clear unboxing video is provided as proof at the time of opening the parcel
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind, dislike of color, design, or fabric
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Products that show signs of use, washing, or alteration
- Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
